Membership in The Mission shall be on the basis of the following categories:

1) Associate Members (White)

Anyone who formally claims to have access to and affirms a commitment towards the realization of The Synthetist Vision, The Synthetist Mission and The Synthetist Goals, may on successfully complying with such rules and regulations as may govern the granting of Associate Membership,
be accepted as such by The Mission.
Associate members may not attend any meeting of The Mission except by invitation extended to them in writing by the Founders or Appointed Members through the Head of Mission.


2) Ordinary Members (Red)

Ordinary Members are persons who are victims of indoctrination incapable of spontaneity and who therefore continuously encounter suffering and have consequently sought freedom therefrom by enrolling in the most basic course of training, aimed at the acquisition of Mastery and The Power To Guide, offered by The Mission.
Every person who enrolls in this basis training course of The Mission shall be entitled to apply for and receive ordinary membership in The Mission on making payment of stipulated membership fees and successfully complying with such rules and regulations as may govern the granting of ordinary membership therein.
Such ordinary members shall be entitled to attend all general meetings of their respective lines of training and of The Mission. They may table written submissions at such meetings but may not address the meetings or cast any vote at such meeting.


3) Spiritual and Developmental Guides(Orange)

Members who have successfully acquired Mastery & The Power To Guide and have thereby mastered their illusions and acquired the ability to will and to see, shall be recognized as spiritual or developmental guides.
Every person who is recognized as having successfully acquired “Mastery and the Power To Guide”, shall be entitled to apply for and receive membership in The Mission as a spiritual or developmental guide on making payment of stipulated membership fees and successfully complying with such rules and regulations as may govern the granting of such class of membership.
Guides are those who help people to realize who they are and what they want to be doing with their lives. They help them cultivate the life skills they require to get from where they are to where they want to be.
Developmental and Spiritual Guides may attend all general meetings of their respective lines of training and of The Mission . They may table written submissions at such meetings  of The Mission but may not address the meetings or cast any vote at such meeting.  Such members may speak  and vote only at those meetings governing the affairs of their particular line of training.


4) Mentors(Yellow) and Masters(Green)

Members who have successfully cultivated Wisdom, Insight and Understanding and who are therefore aware of themselves and of what is going on both within and without them shall be recognized as Mentors or Masters..
Every person who is recognized as having successfully cultivated “Wisdom, Insight and Understanding",  shall be entitled to apply for and receive membership in The Mission as a Mentor or Master on making payment of stipulated membership fees and successfully complying with such rules and regulations as may govern the granting of such class of membership.
Mentors and Masters may attend all  general meetings of their respective lines of training and of The Mission. They may table written submissions  but may not address the meetings or cast any vote at such meeting of The Mission. Such members may speak and vote only at those meetings governing the affairs of their particular line of training.
Mentors and Masters may with the written dispensation of the Founder Members and appointed members, establish and administer their own Schools of Training and Training Centres. Their activities shall be under the supervision of the head of their respective lines of training.


5) Missionaries(Blue) and Sages(Indigo)

Those who have successfully accessed Enlightenment & Illumination and are therefore aware of the meaning of life shall be recognized as Missionaries and Sages.
Every person who is recognized as having successfully accessed “Enlightenment and Illumination”, shall be entitled to apply for and receive membership in The Mission as a Missionary or Sage on making payment of stipulated membership fees and successfully complying with such rules and regulations as may govern the granting of such class of membership.
Missionaries and Sages may attend all  general meetings of their respective lines of training and of The Mission. They may table written submissions  but may not address the meetings or cast any vote at such meeting of The Mission. Such members may speak and vote only at those meetings governing the affairs of their particular line of training.
In addition to being free to participate in the activities of levels one to four, Missionaries and Sages may travel abroad supported by The Mission in the pursuit of its objectives. Their activities shall be under the supervision of the head of their respective lines of training.


6) Ministers(all seven Colours of the spectrum on a black field)

Those who have mastered the practice of Respect, Radiance and Compassion and who have thereby acquired the skills required to minister unto others shall be recognized as Ministers.
Every person who is recognized as having successfully mastered the practice of “ Respect, Radiance and Compassion”, shall be entitled to apply for and receive membership in The Mission as a Minister on making payment of stipulated membership fees and successfully complying with such rules and regulations as may govern the granting of such class of membership.
Ministers may attend, speak and vote at meetings governing the affairs of all lines of training and at all general meetings of The Mission and serve on its Council of Ministers.
Ministers shall be available at all times to those seeking their ministrations regardless as to whether those seeking their ministrations are members of The Mission or not.


7) Founders(Violet)

Those persons within and through whose lives The Mission in its current form was  conceptualised and promoted shall be its founders and shall remain so for life unless they should resign of their own free will and accord and they may participate in the activities of every level of The Mission.
The Founder members shall possess a veto over the actions of every member of every level of The Mission including over the actions and decisions of the Head of Mission and the appointed members.
The Founder members shall be the first trustees of the mission and shall be the trustees of the mission for life unless they should resign of their own free will and accord.
The Founder members shall appoint their successors who shall be known as appointed members.

8) Appointed Members (Violet)

Members appointed by the founders as their successors shall be known as appointed members. Appointed members shall be chosen from those who have successfully completed all four levels of training or more, who demonstrate in their lives and in the relationships that they build with others and with their environment an intimate awareness of The Synthetist Vision, a deep and personal involvement in The Synthetist Mission and have an illustrous record in their participation in the task of realizing The Synthetist Goals.
